Senior Year: Project Client Volunteers
How Can you make an impact?
Business Coach
As a Business Coach, you will provide guidance to 9th and 10th grade student teams as they research the case challenge and develop their unique solution into a formal presentation. Business Coaches act as the sounding board for students, giving teams feedback on their ideas, presentation content, and delivery.
Business Judge
As a Business Judge, you will be a part of a small group that will evaluate the schools’ top 9th and 10th grade student presentations by following a rubric. Business Judges will provide constructive feedback and as a group, select the top winning presentation.
Project Coach
As a Project Coaches, you will coach 11th grade students at strategic times throughout the school year. As students brainstorm, develop, market, and execute their own business plan, they receive the benefit of volunteer coaching and professional experiences. If you are an entrepreneur, 3DE students could benefit from your expertise. However, it is not necessary to be an entrepreneur to be a successful Project Coach.
Project Client
By volunteering as a Project Client for our seniors, you'll play a pivotal role in their final year of 3DE. These students have spent the past three years tackling diverse business cases and developing their skills. Now, they’re ready to put it all into practice by consulting for an organization like yours on a specific organization challenge. We first look for organizations that can commit to provide 4-6 volunteers who can volunteer once a month for about one hour, from October – March. (virtually or in-person)
