Volunteers are what bring our programs to life. When students are able to connect with an adult and hear about their life experiences, they are exposed to opportunities and pathways they often have never envisioned before.
JA volunteers help show students how concepts learned in the classroom are applied in everyday life while in an environment that allows them to test out those scenarios in a hands on experience.
We have opportunities available with middle and high school students that can accommodate individuals to entire teams and divisions. Find out more below and join us today!
Middle School
JA Discovery Centers
We are looking for volunteers who are 18 and older, enjoy working with students, and have paid a bill or held a job.
Time Commitment: One-day commitment for both individuals and groups. Simulations run weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 2:45 p.m.
High School
3DE by Junior Achievement
3DE by Junior Achievement needs experienced professionals to present, coach, and give feedback to students.
Time Commitment: Volunteering in-person consists of one or more days of 2-3 hour sessions at a 3DE high school.
